Oyem Israel Ekene
President and Founder
Oyem, Israel Ekene is a student of English Education at the University of Lagos and a public essayist with over 50 newspaper publications in Vanguard, The Nigerian Voice, and other platforms. His writings span education, language, communication, literature, relationships, and religion, with English education and the educational sector remaining his enduring focus. He teaches English Language, Literature, and Christian Religious Studies (CRS), reflecting his strong commitment to pedagogy, literacy development, and moral instruction. Beyond academia, Israel is a believer and a personal growth and development coach. As a public speaker and spoken-word artiste, he has shared platforms with Hon. Abisola Olusanya, Commissioner for Agriculture, Lagos State; Peter Keulers, Deputy Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Lagos; and Mr. Ayo Sotinrin, Managing Director of the Bank of Agriculture, among other notable personalities

Grace Olaoluwa-David

Grace Olaoluwa-David is a student of English Education at the University of Lagos with a strong passion for teaching, learning, and transforming the educational sector. Committed to advancing SDG4—Quality Education for all—she draws from her internship experiences in primary and secondary schools to advocate for integrity and value-driven learning in Nigeria’s academic space. She reports for The Press Club, University of Lagos, and currently serves as the General Secretary of the Young Educators Forum, where she is dedicated to contributing meaningfully to the nation’s educational reform.

I like to engage actively with academic work, particularly in areas related to African studies, education, and research-based writing. I've often been told that I'm being thoughtful and dependable, I often support others with academic tasks while managing my own responsibilities. I value clarity, accuracy, and continuous learning, and approach challenges with a practical, growth-oriented mindset. I'm also very passionate about my handwork.
